Mr. Pustina studied Finance and International Development at the University of Tirana and the University of Manchester. He has been active in the field of Intellectual Property since 2018. With over six years of experience, he specializes in the filing, registration, and renewal of Albanian, EU, and international trademarks, including pre-registration procedures. His practice focuses on trademark registrability and infringement opinions, prior art searches, portfolio analysis, filing and international extension strategies, as well as trademark prosecution, opposition, and invalidity proceedings in Albania and abroad.
